1) SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
1.1 Program Description
The SMS program sends service-related text messages to customers who request service and explicitly opt in to receive messages from Mid City Power Wash. Opt-in is collected through our website forms and/or scheduling/contact forms where an SMS consent checkbox (or equivalent consent language) is provided.
Messages may include: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling/rescheduling updates, estimates/invoice notifications, service updates (including “on-the-way” notices), and customer support communications.
1.2 Opt-Out (Cancellation)
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt in again.
